Sales Advancement (RFP) Specialist (Fintech SaaS): Ownership and completion of RFP/RFI responses, DDQs, and sales cycle deliverables with an accent on content creation, editing, proofreading, and database management. What you will do
- Author and collaborate on RFP, RFI, and DDQ response documents.
- Create new content, update existing materials, edit, format, proofread, and manage peer reviews.
- Maintain and contribute to RFP database and knowledge management systems.
- Manage multiple projects across phases to meet deadlines and deliver to sales teams.
- Conduct research, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
Requirements
- 2+ years in banking, lending, fintech, financial services, software sales, or RFP management; bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in technical writing, research, editing, proofreading, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Experience supporting sales, managing projects, and working cross-functionally.
- Fluent written and oral English communication.
- U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.

- Knowledge of solutions and services.
- Experience with banks, credit unions, or financial services companies.
- RFP database systems (RocketDocs PMAPS, Loopio), knowledge bases (Confluence, Seismic), and Salesforce.
