What you will do

• Author and collaborate on RFP, RFI, and DDQ response documents.
• Create new content, update existing materials, edit, format, proofread, and manage peer reviews.
• Maintain and contribute to RFP database and knowledge management systems.
• Manage multiple projects across phases to meet deadlines and deliver to sales teams.
• Conduct research, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure adherence to standards and policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years in banking, lending, fintech, financial services, software sales, or RFP management; bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in technical writing, research, editing, proofreading, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Experience supporting sales, managing projects, and working cross-functionally.
• Fluent written and oral English communication.
• U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.
