TL;DR

Product Owner (Fintech): Translating customer needs into prioritized features for an orchestration platform with an accent on Commercial Payments and Treasury Services. Focus on designing secure payment flows, API integrations, and seamless bank-to-ERP experiences.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Austin, TX; Charlotte, NC; or Cary, NC. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).

What you will do

  • Translate customer needs into prioritized features and manage the product backlog.
  • Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and drive timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and fraud operations to refine, test, and deploy features.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with UX designers to create intuitive user interfaces for product features.
  • Serve as a client-facing advocate to optimize fraud prevention and product strategies.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in financial services or SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and backlog management.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
  • Fluent written and oral English communication.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
