Product Owner II: Serve as a Business Analyst for mission-critical solutions aligning with INDOPACOM’s objectives, developing roadmaps, prioritizing requirements, and balancing competing priorities. Focus on facilitating collaborative planning, leveraging technical knowledge for data-driven solutions like data pipelining with Advana War Data Platform, and fostering stakeholder engagement across military leaders and technical teams.
Location: On-site at Camp Smith, HI in a SCIF. Active TS/SCI clearance required.

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize product requirements aligned with mission objectives.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps articulating vision, goals, and milestones for initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and operational alignment.
- Provide guidance on data pipelining and integration with Advana War Data Platform for analytics.
- Build relationships and act as liaison between military leaders and technical teams.
Requirements
- Direct military or military contracting experience with strong understanding of INDOPACOM operations.
- 3+ years as Product Owner including roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe).
- Foundational knowledge of data pipelines and/or Advana War Data Platform.
- Exceptional communication skills for senior military leaders and technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting INDOPACOM or Pacific Command theater.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience delivering AI products within Maven Smart Systems.
- CSPO or SAFe POPM certifications.
