What you will do

• Own the roadmap for your product area from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Lead continuous discovery via customer interviews, analytics, and partner collaboration to identify high-value problems.
• Write PRDs and user stories, drive agile ceremonies, and maintain prioritized backlogs aligned to OKRs.
• Define and monitor product KPIs to inform prioritization and demonstrate impact.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineering, UX, sales, customer success, and compliance for alignment.
• Identify opportunities for AI/ML, automation, and API extensibility; stay current on lending trends and regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record owning a product area end-to-end: discovery, definition, delivery, iteration.
• Experience managing API-integrated software products with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong agile methodologies and modern product discovery practices.
• Analytical mindset with data and product analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and deep customer empathy.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in consumer lending, LOS, or financial institution software.
• Familiarity with API/integration products and developer needs.
• Exposure to AI/ML in products.
• Experience with banks, credit unions, or regulated institutions.
• Knowledge of consumer lending regulations (TILA, ECOA, fair lending, CFPB).
