What you will do
- Define and own multi-year product strategy and roadmap for CRM capabilities aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements to delivery, launch, and optimization.
- Develop expertise in customer lifecycle management including segmentation, personalization, and campaign orchestration.
- Partner with engineering to design CRM integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Collaborate with design and data teams to build personalized member journeys and engagement experiences.
- Drive adoption with client success and sales teams, track KPIs, and lead AI-driven experimentation.
Requirements
- 6+ years product management experience, including 3+ years on CRM products in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Proven track record building and scaling CRM solutions with measurable impact
- Strong experience with CRM ecosystems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement strategies
- 2+ years with APIs, CRM integrations, data flows, and system architecture
- Strong data literacy, Agile experience with JIRA/Confluence, communication skills
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent
