What you will do

• Define and lead product strategy and roadmap for ERP and procurement systems like NetSuite, Zip, Coupa.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Engineering to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze and optimize financial workflows through process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and automation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for system implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Design product artifacts including functional specs, process flows, and data architecture.
• Oversee testing, production issues, SOX compliance, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years in ERP/finance systems administration, product management, or business systems
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, General Ledger, Financial Reporting
• Deep hands-on with NetSuite or similar ERP: configuration, customization, automation
• Experience with finance tools (Coupa, Zip, Workiva, Kyriba, Floqast) highly desirable
• Understanding of integrations/middleware (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi)
• Proven large-scale system implementations in enterprise environments
• Analytical, documentation, process mapping skills; Agile/Jira experience
• Strong communication across stakeholders; manage priorities in fast-paced environment
