What you will do

• Lead day-to-day project management across active client engagements within the Cloud Optimization practice.
• Coordinate deliverables for verified business outcomes and drive follow-through on client requests and internal actions.
• Partner directly with clients to align on requirements, priorities, timelines, and next steps.
• Translate client needs into clear internal tasks for delivery and solutions teams using Jira and Confluence.
• Communicate completed work, releases, and updates to clients professionally and timely.
• Contribute to building a scalable project management function for the practice.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Eastern or Central Time preferred).
• 2–5 years of professional experience in project management, delivery, operations, or consulting.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Prior exposure to cloud project delivery and a working understanding of FinOps/cloud cost optimization concepts.
• Demonstrated experience owning the full project coordination lifecycle from intake to delivery.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently.

Nice to have

• Background in a consulting organization.
• Experience supporting cloud-related delivery programs in AWS or similar environments.
• Familiarity with structured project tracking methods in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with customer reporting and release coordination in technical services.
