Associate Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Associate Financial Analyst (FP&A): Support revenue forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities for effective decision-making with an accent on forecast inputs, models, schedules, and variance analysis. Focus on analyzing trends and drivers, performing scenario modeling, and ensuring data accuracy in monthly forecasts and planning cycles.

What you will do

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes for expenses, headcount, and revenue.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis versus budget and prior periods.
• Perform financial analysis for business reviews, cost tracking, and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with business partners and Accounting for data validation and performance explanations.
• Maintain forecasts using FP&A tools like Anaplan, NetSuite, Workday, Power BI, and Excel.

Requirements

• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Ideally 1+ year in finance, FP&A, accounting, or analytical role.
• Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and Excel proficiency.
• Foundational knowledge of financial statements and accounting concepts.
