TL;DR

Financial Analyst (FP&A): Support revenue forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis activities for digital banking solutions with an accent on forecasting, budgeting, planning, and variance analysis. Focus on preparing financial models, analyzing trends and drivers, performing scenario modeling, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid work opportunities; must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., no visa sponsorship)

What you will do

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes for expenses, headcount, and revenue, including monthly forecasts and long-range planning.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Perform financial analysis, scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ad hoc requests for business reviews and operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with business partners, Accounting, and FP&A team to validate data, reconcile actuals, and ensure consistency.
  • Maintain forecasts and reporting using tools like Anaplan, NetSuite, Workday, Power BI, and Excel, following process standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Typically 2+ years in finance, FP&A, accounting, or analytical role.
  • Fluent written and oral English communication.
  • U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel.
  • Foundational financial statements knowledge, organizational skills, proactive mindset.
