What you will do

• Support revenue recognition and month-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Manage customer invoicing, receivables, commissions, and inventory reconciliations.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve inquiries and support customer relationships.
• Assist with audits by gathering and organizing documentation across entities.
• Research and resolve accounting questions, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Identify process improvements by analyzing workflows and recommending enhancements.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with operational accounting, including month-end close, revenue recognition, invoicing/collections, and inventory.
• Background in fast-paced, multi-entity, multi-currency environment, ideally SaaS.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and strong proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Solid understanding of GAAP with attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
