FP&A Analyst (Finance)

Location: Hybrid in Mexico City. Relocation support to Mexico is available for the employee and their family.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets across segments, products, and channels.
• Conduct plan vs. fact variance analysis and support operating expense management and forecasting.
• Develop KPIs and calculate key metrics such as CAC, NPV, and CLTV to measure business performance.
• Prepare analytical notes and reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Optimize and automate financial and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.

Requirements

• Experience in financial and management reporting.
• Strong background in financial modeling or business evaluation methodology design.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, and automated dashboards.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• English: Intermediate (B1) or higher level of spoken and written proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience with Python or VBA.
