Financial Analyst I (FP&A)

TL;DR

Financial Analyst I (FP&A): Providing visibility for operating expenses and performing monthly reviews of actual costs against budget and forecast data with an accent on financial control and month-end close support. Focus on developing corporate forecasting models, performing variance analysis, and assisting in the creation of the annual corporate budget.

Location: Hybrid (Fort Worth, TX, US) - 2 days a week in office. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead the provision of visibility for operating expenses and conduct monthly actual vs. budget reviews.
• Develop and monitor short and long-term corporate forecasting models.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial results to identify and communicate key trends.
• Perform variance analysis and research to explain financial differences.
• Support month-end close processes as a liaison between Finance and Corporate Accounting.
• Assist in establishing the annual budget plan for various countries across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of business experience, preferably in FP&A or Accounting.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including recording and debugging macros, charting, and pivot tables.
• Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance, Accounting, and financial models (NPV, IRR).
• Basic knowledge of data mining tools such as Access, SAS, and SQL.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
