What you will do

  • Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for the corporate ticketing offering.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for group ticket sales from qualification to payment reception.
  • Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences to maximize engagement.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting to keep the team aligned.
  • Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers, and Sales teams to enhance commercial impact.
  • Track and report key KPIs including SQLs, pipeline value, and closed-won revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university or business school.
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, ideally in sales development or business development.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the media or events industry.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
