What you will do
- Prospect SMBs via outbound lead generation, door-to-door, cold calling, emails, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Build deep understanding of business owners' needs and formulate tailored solutions.
- Own full sales cycle: planning, qualifying, due diligence, closing deals to exceed targets.
- Manage leads and deals pipeline with high hygiene and attention to detail.
- Deliver pitches using storytelling, case studies, and industry insights to position effectively.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations for feedback and support.
Requirements
- 1+ years as Senior BDR or SMB Account Executive with proven goal exceeding.
- Strong commercial mindset, revenue growth experience, self-motivation, and independent work ability.
- Experience in prospecting, qualifying, demos, objection handling, proposals, and negotiating complex solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills; resilience, organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM and Google Suite.
- Tertiary education or equivalent relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or scale-up B2B sales.
- Established relationships with SME owners and decision makers.
