What you will do

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of cost-related accounting records, accruals, and provisions in compliance with IFRS.
• Design, implement, and maintain a robust internal control framework over cost-related processes, including P2P, RtR, and Treasury.
• Oversee administrative and accounting activities performed by Global Business Services (GBS) as the primary escalation point.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring audit readiness and timely closure of remediation plans.
• Monitor cost-related processes for compliance with contracts and policy requirements while optimizing efficiencies.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience, including external audit experience, ideally in a Big Four firm.
• Strong hands-on experience with IFRS, particularly regarding costs and balance sheet integrity.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory position within multinational and shared services environments.
• English: C1 level mandatory.
• Spanish: Fluent.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
