What you will do

• Own and evolve integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow models to ensure financial transparency.
• Manage OPEX by monitoring departmental spending and identifying key cost drivers.
• Act as a finance sparring partner for Sales, Marketing, and Product leads to plan budgets and track ROI.
• Analyze SaaS-specific KPIs including ARR, NRR, and CAC Payback.
• Lead rolling forecasts and coordinate the annual budgeting process across all teams.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, Board decks, and investor updates.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Controlling.
• Proven track record in scale-up SaaS or professional services (e.g., Big Four).
• Expert knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow integration.
• Solid grasp of revenue recognition and subscription-based business models.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• English: C1 (Excellent communication) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP-to-FP&A integrations or BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) to automate finance workflows.
• Proficiency in German.
