What you will do

• Provide end-to-end financial support (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning) to Head of Education and leadership for growth and profitability.
• Maintain single source of financial truth across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and unit economics with real-time accuracy.
• Lead performance management cycle and shift to continuous driver-based planning for rolling forecasts and long-term strategies.
• Build financial models, business cases, and investment analyses to support growth initiatives and capital allocation.
• Prepare board- and leadership-ready materials turning data into clear recommendations.
• Accelerate adoption of finance tools like Abacum, BI, and automation for scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or analytical role in high-growth fintech/SaaS.
• Experience building driver-based financial models for P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, unit economics.
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions via financial insight.
• Strong Excel and financial systems skills; NetSuite, Abacum, Embat a plus.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a strong plus.
