What you will do

• Serve as finance business partner to Head of Retail, delivering end-to-end financial support and strategic insights for growth and profitability in Retail and Education verticals.
• Co-own financial truth across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and unit economics, ensuring real-time accuracy and issue resolution.
• Manage performance cycle including close, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning with focus on speed and actionable insights.
• Lead shift to continuous driver-based planning for rolling forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
• Build financial models, business cases, and analyses for growth initiatives, product choices, and capital allocation.
• Prepare board- and leadership-ready materials and accelerate adoption of finance analytics tools like Abacum and BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or analytical role in high-growth fintech, SaaS, or lending.
• Experience in business partnering, financial modeling across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and unit economics.
• Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and exposure to AI, automation, or analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; Fluent in English (Spanish a plus).
• High curiosity, learning mindset, and bias for action in ambiguous environments.

• Experience with NetSuite, Abacum, Embat.
• Spanish fluency.
