Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois, United States; onsite at a manufacturing facility

Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Perform in-process quality control inspections on products from the production floor.
• Audit work areas and identify acceptable and rejected products.
• Report observed non-conformities to production supervisors.
• Maintain lot control and traceability documentation throughout manufacturing.
• Use quality control equipment to measure product quality and complete related duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of related manufacturing experience.
• Correctable 20/20 vision, normal color perception, and the ability to visually inspect materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication, accurate recordkeeping, basic decimal calculations, and precise data entry.
• Ability to work independently, perform precision hand movements, and reason through setup and operation issues.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, work around machinery, pass a criminal background check and drug screen, and work overtime as needed.
