TL;DR

Implementation Engineer (Fintech): Implementing eBanking solutions and aligning them with customer business requirements with an accent on system integrations and configuration. Focus on designing integration workflows for CRM/LOS systems and ensuring high-quality delivery through technical problem-solving.

Location: Hybrid in Cary, North Carolina. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).

What you will do

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into product configurations.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client CRM/LOS workflows and user experience.
  • Install and configure integrations into client systems, solving complex technical issues.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for integration options and best practices.
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support to team members.
  • Ensure adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience (or advanced degree and 3+ years).
  • Experience with Web Services configuration and deployment.
  • Fluent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Valid US work authorization; sponsorship is not available.
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the Salesforce.com Platform (Setup/Admin side).
  • Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Enterprise Software.
