TL;DR

Workday Analyst (HR ERP): Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HR modules including HCM, payroll, and benefits with an accent on translating business needs into system solutions and ensuring data quality. Focus on evaluating new features, supporting releases, troubleshooting issues, and managing integrations.

Location: Remote - Nationwide (US only; must be authorized to work in the U.S., no visa sponsorship)

Salary: $72,200 - $101,975

What you will do

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules to support HR processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system solutions
  • Evaluate new Workday features and recommend business-aligned improvements
  • Support semi-annual releases with testing and deployment
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage integrations, and handle data uploads via EIBs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of Workday experience in analytical or functional role
  • Working knowledge of HR processes, terminology, and best practices
  • Ability to assess issues, identify solutions, and improve system performance
  • Strong communication skills for supporting diverse users
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Experience with HCM, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent, recruiting, or learning modules
  • Knowledge of Workday integrations, data flows, and architecture
  • Configuring Workday security and business processes
  • Building reports and dashboards
  • Strong organization with focus on improvement and user adoption
