What you will do

• Manage and optimize Airtable, Jira, and Confluence for complex cross-team workflows including intake, roadmap prioritization, and executive reporting.
• Build scalable Airtable Interfaces with automations and integrations (Slack, Jira, APIs) to reduce manual work.
• Own provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and governance of product tooling for high availability and performance.
• Develop documentation, training, and lead onboarding for global Product and Design teams.
• Act as point of contact for tooling best practices, translating technical setups for stakeholders.
• Optimize database design and relational structures for clean, actionable data.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Tooling, Operations, or Systems Analyst role
• Advanced Airtable expertise: admin-level relational database design, interface building, scaling across departments, performance optimization
• 2+ years in Product, Technology, or Media environment with advanced Jira and Confluence proficiency
• Expert requirements gathering, process mapping, presentation, meeting facilitation, and workflow debugging
