TL;DR

Senior Solutions Engineer (AI/SaaS): Driving the end-to-end customer journey from technical evaluation to implementation for an AI-powered onboarding infrastructure with an accent on enterprise integrations and technical discovery. Focus on architecting custom workflows using APIs and low-code tools, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and translating customer pain points into product requirements.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

hirify.global builds AI-powered infrastructure for onboarding and compliance for companies in staffing, gig work, and franchising.

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery and deliver product demonstrations to communicate platform value during the pre-sale phase.
  • Own enterprise implementations, managing technical onboarding and integrations across ATS, HRIS, and payroll platforms.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts, navigating escalations and ensuring successful go-lives.
  • Develop custom integrations using Workato, APIs, and webhooks to connect customer systems.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback to influence the engineering roadmap.
  • Build runbooks, integration guides, and best practices to scale the implementation process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise integrations between complex systems, including API and database troubleshooting.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Support Engineering, Pre-sales).
  • Proficiency in building production workflows using low-code/no-code platforms like Workato or Zapier.
  • Ability to work effectively in compliance-driven environments (e.g., FCRA, E-Verify).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent enterprise implementations.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with staffing, franchising, or high-volume hiring.
  • Familiarity with WOTC processes, background check workflows, or state-specific employment regulations.
