TL;DR

Manager, Account Development (EMEA): Lead and scale the EMEA Account Development team as the primary driver of revenue, implementing GTM strategy across top and middle funnel with an accent on talent development, performance coaching, and operational excellence. Focus on deploying outbound playbooks, managing inbound leads, cross-functional collaboration, and monitoring KPIs for pipeline health and conversions.

What you will do

  • Execute and refine Account Development GTM strategy for EMEA market across top and middle funnel.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and daily development of high-potential ADRs with hands-on coaching and culture building.
  • Conduct 1:1s, call reviews, and training to ensure team meets and exceeds quotas.
  • Deploy outbound playbook including ICP segmentation, localized messaging, and outreach sequences.
  • Oversee inbound US lead routing, SLAs, and conversion benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with US Sales and Marketing on campaigns, territory operations, and feedback.
  • Monitor KPIs like activity metrics, pipeline value, and conversion rates for team health.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English required; Spanish or French a plus.
  • 2-3+ years in leadership role within Account Development/SDR/Sales in fast-growing tech or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record overachieving pipeline targets in high-volume outreach.
  • Experience hiring and coaching entry-level talent into high-performers.
  • Process-oriented with CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data-driven funnel gap identification.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or strategic/analytical background preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful, thrives in roll-up-your-sleeves environment.
