TL;DR
Senior Account Executive (UKI): Drive growth by nurturing largest customer accounts and converting high-potential prospects into long-term customers with an accent on high-value strategic deals and land-and-expand strategies. Focus on building strong pipelines through outbound prospecting, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering net new revenue via consultative negotiations.
Location: Fully remote, must be located within the EMEA region with right-to-work status for the country you reside in.

What you will do
- Actively hunt new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and events to build high-value pipelines.
- Expand customer relationships using land-and-expand strategies and manage strategic accounts for net new revenue.
- Drive complex commercial negotiations and customer acquisition with a consultative approach.
- Convert qualified leads into key business logos and collaborate cross-functionally for high-impact value.
- Leverage Salesforce and Gong for forecasting, maintain account documentation, and develop skills aligned to product and market.
- Mentor junior sales team members and support company-wide revenue projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in new business and account management, with proven quota attainment on complex high-value accounts.
- Advanced proficiency in MEDDICC and 3 Why's frameworks, predictive pipeline management, and strategic forecasting.
- Expertise in multi-stakeholder sales cycles, executive relationships, and global distributed sales environments.
- Exceptional strategic communication to articulate business value and transform challenges into solutions.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Reliable home internet connection.

- Experience in EOR industry or with HR buyers.
