Territory Account Executive (Life Sciences): Own the full-cycle sales process from prospecting to expanding customer relationships within assigned region with an accent on B2B sales in supply chain compliance. Focus on engaging inbound/outbound leads, reactivating dormant accounts, meeting sales targets, and refining sales strategies cross-functionally.

Location: Barcelona, Catalunya, Spain (Hybrid working mode, plus up to 3 months work from anywhere per year)

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle sales from prospecting inbound/outbound leads to expanding existing relationships.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and convert one-off transactions to recurring revenue.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategies and customer success.
  • Contribute to refining sales processes, tools, and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in English and preferably Spanish, French, or Chinese.
  • Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in Life Sciences.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for all client levels.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot and pipeline management.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, with pragmatic problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Pharma industry experience or knowledge of quality compliance/auditing.
