About the Role

You will own and execute the go-to-market strategy for South Korea, driving institutional and retail adoption. You will identify, negotiate, and close strategic deals; build relationships with exchanges, enterprises, media, and regulators; and track regulatory developments to identify market opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of business development experience, including 3+ years in blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 startups.
• Deep understanding of the South Korean market and experience engaging and selling to major enterprises and institutions in Korea.
• Ability to engage retail and institutional investors.
• Market foresight regarding corporate crypto activity and the regulatory landscape.
• Network across regional institutions, enterprises, and Web3 companies.
• Understanding of Web3 corporate strategy and applications of Web3 technologies.
• Native-level Korean and English fluency, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute go-to-market strategies for the South Korean market.
• Own business development strategy and execution, including identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic deals.
• Build and nurture relationships with regional exchanges, enterprises, media, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor the South Korean regulatory landscape and market trends to identify high-impact opportunities.
