TL;DR

Technical Field Services Supervisor: Lead daily field operations coordinating technicians for IT hardware repairs and device lifecycle management with an accent on task scheduling, team performance, and process compliance. Location: On-site in Newark, CA. Must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States, including natural citizens and Green Card holders.

Salary: $71,000 - $77,600 a year

What you will do

  • Coordinate daily task scheduling, team assignments, and standups to align with operational goals.
  • Monitor performance, coach technicians, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement.
  • Oversee tools, assets, repairs, inventory, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
  • Audit tasks, track SLA progress, manage escalations, and partner with Quality Assurance.
  • Handle onboarding, training, timecards, and act as frontline troubleshooter.
  • Contribute to SOP updates, leadership offsites, and vendor/customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of management experience with direct supervisory responsibilities.
  • 3+ years in project management, including planning and execution.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, or Google Suite; experience using data for decisions.
  • Commitment to staying current on technology and manufacturer procedures.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% as needed.

Nice to have

  • Netsuite or Salesforce experience.
