What you will do

• Onboard and train new field service employees during their initial 4-week orientation.
• Deliver instruction on mechanical assembly, wiring, start-up testing, troubleshooting, software tools, and commissioning.
• Qualify employees to work safely on or near energized electrical equipment.
• Facilitate practical lab sessions and exercises to provide real-world experience with electrical equipment.
• Maintain detailed training records and evaluate trainee performance through assessments and quizzes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production leadership to continuously enhance the training program.

Requirements

• Two-year Technical degree in Engineering or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the electrical manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in power product production, electrical testing, and commissioning.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
