Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and optimize paid search campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention at scale.
• Launch new campaigns and test strategies to improve reach, efficiency, and ROI.
• Analyze performance data using SQL, LLMs, and Python to provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and CX teams to optimize the user journey.
• Stay current on PPC trends and competitive dynamics within the energy industry.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of data-driven marketing experience focusing on SEM and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical background with advanced SQL skills for complex dataset analysis.
• Experience with data pipelines and analytics tools (e.g., Python, Hightouch).
• Exceptional ability to distill complex performance data into simple narratives.
• No visa sponsorship or transfer (including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, TN) or corp-to-corp available.
