Paid Media Analyst (Telecommunications)

Location: Hybrid schedule based in Fort Mill, SC (Monday through Thursday in office, Friday remote)

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and optimize paid media campaigns to scale customer acquisition.
• Launch new initiatives and test strategies to improve efficiency and growth.
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations for campaign profitability.
• Communicate complex performance insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Utilize SQL, Tableau, Python, and LLMs to monitor attribution and incrementality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and engineering teams to optimize the user journey.

Requirements

• This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer (including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa).
• Not available for corp-to-corp (C2C) arrangements.
• 1-3 years of experience executing paid media strategy for high-volume or complex acquisition programs.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, and measurement bias.
