Salary: $80,000 - $105,000

What you will do

• Manage multiple engineering projects including sourcing equipment, contacting vendors, and developing budgets.
• Prepare capital expenditure requests, presentations, and project documentation for approval and operational teams.
• Create and maintain project schedules, files, and close-out documents to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Compare equipment options for functionality and price, visiting vendors as needed for validation.
• Develop solutions to production problems and provide support for project drawings and maintenance.
• Travel to hirify.global facilities and vendor locations for equipment testing and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 3+ years manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• High proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
• Strong statistical/math skills, blueprint reading, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to travel out of state or country and work varying/extended hours
• Ability to read and write in English
