What you will do

• Create and manage complex 2D/3D Revit MEP and AutoCAD models for large-scale electrical power distribution systems.
• Develop detailed layouts for lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems with coordinated design documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and design leads to meet client expectations, scope, and schedules.
• Develop staffing plans, monitor budget and schedule for design team milestones.
• Mentor junior designers and drafters on technical best practices.
• Lead multi-disciplinary coordination for integrated models in advanced manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of Revit/BIM design experience
• Deep understanding of electrical power components (Switchgear, Transformers, UPS, Generators)
• Expertise in Revit MEP and AutoCAD for industrial applications
• Proven project lead or team leadership experience
• High school graduate or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech industrial facilities
• Exposure to NEC and complex electrical design
• Mission Critical (Data Center) facility design experience
