What you will do
- Collect, analyze operational data, develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs, and present recommendations to management.
- Evaluate processes, implement improvement strategies to boost efficiency and cut costs, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Plan and execute operational projects, track progress, manage milestones, and coordinate stakeholders.
- Oversee major company transitions including financial, technological, operational, and governance changes.
- Generate program health reports considering cost, efficiency, and timelines; design what-if models for P&L and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years related experience (or advanced degree +6 years).
- Fluent written and oral English communication.
- U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship.
- Project management methodology (PMP/PMI) preferred; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart; exposure to Jira, Salesforce, Qualtrics, PowerBI.
- Financial services and enterprise software experience preferred; client-first attitude, risk assessment, and multitasking in fast-paced environment.
