Project Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Project Manager (Fintech): Partner with clients to design and execute project plans for deploying digital banking solutions with an accent on business requirements, resource direction, and issue resolution. Focus on tracking implementation status, providing updates, and training clients on product configurations.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX or Charlotte, NC; must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship); up to 15% travel to client sites

What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and expectations
• Design and execute project plans and documentation to deploy Q2 solutions
• Direct project resources to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Work closely with clients and team to problem-solve issues
• Track status and provide updates on the overall implementation process
• Train and educate clients on the product and configuration options

Requirements

• Fluent written and oral English communication
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship
• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years related experience (or advanced degree + 3 years, or equivalent)
• Project Management Methodology exposure (PMP or PMI preferred)
• Familiarity with enterprise software deployment architecture
• Experience with Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint for documentation and plans
• Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking in fast-paced environment
