What you will do

• Partner with sponsors and managers to compile discovery artifacts including Cost Benefit Analysis, Project Charter, resource plan, and milestone plan.
• Develop detailed planning artifacts, manage execution, scope, financial forecasts, and budget changes.
• Build high-level milestones and detailed schedules, refine resource plans, RACI matrices, and risk assessments.
• Manage risks using RAID logs, status reporting, and pre-mortem discussions for timely escalation.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure all business requirements from development through implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HS Diploma with 10+ years project management experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 1+ years experience with project management software like MS Project or JIRA.

Nice to have

• 10+ years project management, including 5+ in PMO environment.
• Experience with actuarial modeling or planning platforms like AXIS, Prophet, Anaplan.
• Exposure to actuarial, investment, capital, or risk-related processes.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
