TL;DR
Senior Client Services Project Manager (2nd Shift): Manage preparation of disclosure documents and client relationships in financial services with an accent on executive-level engagement and cross-functional coordination. Focus on driving project oversight, resolving inquiries, and ensuring compliance under tight deadlines.
Multiple US locations: Palo Alto, CA; Tampa, FL; Columbus, OH; Denver, CO; Houston, TX (and 4 others). 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2:15pm-11:30pm PST. #remote #hybrid
$40 - $55 per hour

What you will do
- Nurture executive-level client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for disclosure document needs.
- Lead or assist multiple clients in document preparation, participating in meetings, presentations, and onboarding.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal teams (consulting, product support, IT, sales) for service requests.
- Drive projects, resolve inquiries by execution or escalation, and document activities for tracking and billing.
- Function as internal change agent, managing priorities and leading through high-pressure situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in client service environment, with success in client-facing roles.
- Strong financial services knowledge, including document types.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Proven problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability to regulations/technology.
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills for project oversight.

- Knowledge of transaction/compliance services, accounting, XBRL, and SaaS tools.
