Project Manager (Fraud/AML/IAM): Manages the full project lifecycle from definition through implementation with an accent on scope, cost, schedule, and quality control. Focus on developing project plans, driving milestones, ensuring effective stakeholder communication, and proper change management.

Location: Onsite in San Antonio, TX. Must live in or be willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps
• Establish communication plans and provide day-to-day direction to project resources
• Prepare documentation, status reports, budgets, and ensure effective change management
• Schedule meetings, capture notes, create and track action items
• Identify, escalate risks and roadblocks

Requirements

• 10+ years integrating into projects, understanding deliverables, and driving to completion
• 10+ years taking meeting notes, creating action items, and maintaining project plans
• 5+ years project management in fraud, AML, information security, or IAM
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong project planning, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Word, Jira, Wiki tools, and Zoom
