Senior Financial Analyst - Operations

TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst - Operations (Finance): Performing financial analysis including planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, dashboards and reporting with an accent on operational performance drivers and business decisions. Focus on building visualization tools, developing financial models, analyzing departmental results, and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Location: Hybrid: minimum two days per week on-site at Le Sueur, MN plant; remaining days at Eden Prairie, MN corporate office or hybrid

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Build reporting and dashboards using visualization tools and data sources to drive business decisions
• Assist with annual budgets and forecasts
• Analyze departmental financial results, explain trends, and support objectives with leadership
• Develop financial models to forecast business decision impacts
• Define key metrics, identify process improvements, and enhance reporting quality
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects for management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 3-7 years in Accounting or Finance role
• Advanced MS Excel; proficient in Microsoft applications
• Experience with Oracle, Tableau or similar
• Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally; may require travel to other locations

Nice to have

• Experience with BOARD and/or Salesforce
