What you will do

• Perform cost analysis, establish standard costs, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Handle all aspects of cost accounting including variance analysis and month-end closing.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to staff and divisional management to monitor performance and achieve goals.
• Complete special projects assigned by the Site Controller or staff.
• Communicate effectively with various levels of personnel verbally and in writing.

Requirements

• Accounting manufacturing experience.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and trends.
• Proficiency in financial concepts and math.
• Experience with analytics tools and software, such as SQL and Excel.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience related to cost accounting and financial reporting preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
