What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for IT operating and capital expenditures.
• Partner with IT leadership on the financial analysis of projects, vendor contracts, and technology investments.
• Monitor and analyze spend vs. plan, providing clear variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases and ROI analysis.
• Prepare executive-ready financial reporting and dashboards for senior management.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve financial transparency across the IT organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of FP&A or financial management experience, preferably supporting IT or shared services.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior technical and business leaders.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA
