TL;DR

Director of Paid Social (Marketing): Oversee end-to-end paid media strategy, execution, and KPI attainment for scaling customer acquisition in telecommunications and entertainment with an accent on paid social channels and team leadership. Focus on developing experimentation frameworks, optimizing performance via AI tools and analytics, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams.

Location: Hybrid schedule based in Fort Mill, SC Headquarters (Monday-Thursday office, Friday remote). No visa sponsorship or corp-to-corp.

Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own paid media strategy including channel roadmap, testing, and measurement with primary focus on paid social.
  • Lead team of analysts in campaign planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
  • Define success metrics, guide decisions with evolving data systems, and deliver performance insights to senior leaders.
  • Develop A/B and multivariate testing strategies for KPI improvements.
  • Improve processes using automation, AI-driven tools, and advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative on tracking, landing pages, and site experiences.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years owning paid media strategy for high-volume programs, deep Paid Social experience.
  • Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel, strong SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Looker).
  • Experience with attribution, incrementality, measurement bias.
  • Hands-on in entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment.
