Salary: $200,000 – $275,000 USD / $161,000 – $221,100 CAD

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of paid media leaders, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Design and execute multi-channel paid media roadmaps across Search, Social, Programmatic, and ABM to drive pipeline for Auth0 and hirify.global.
• Integrate AI-driven tools and methodologies into media buying, creative optimization, and reporting workflows.
• Manage a significant global budget, maximizing ROI and overseeing strategic relationships with external agencies.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Analytics to ensure seamless tracking, attribution, and data integrity.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to communicate the business impact of paid media initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Paid Digital Marketing with 8+ years of people management experience.
• Proven track record in the B2B SaaS space, managing long sales cycles and high-intent lead generation.
• Deep technical expertise in bid management, audience architecture, and attribution modeling.
• Analytical proficiency with Looker, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and advanced CRM workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, WA; Chicago, IL; or Toronto, ON.
• English: C1+ required for global team leadership and executive stakeholder management.
