• Lead client strategies and pods to achieve NSM 100% attainment, CSAT 4.2+, and $150k bookings per half-year.
• Set goals using best practices in LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, and functional content.
• Break down barriers in 1:1s with Strategists, establishing action plans for strategy success.
• Drive accountability for client and employee retention, directly impacting P&L.
• Stay ahead of trends, learning AI and automation for marketing enhancement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with reliable internet and home office setup
• Experience in paid search, social, and performance marketing for B2B SaaS/tech.
• Strong analytics, storytelling, and growth mindset in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lead teams, manage client retention, and handle P&L impact.
• Proficiency with laptop, Zoom, Slack, and office tools; stationary work for extended periods.
