TL;DR

Associate Relationship Manager (Banking): Providing support for a growth portfolio within the Mid Corporate segment with an accent on client engagement and new business origination. Focus on delivering tailored banking solutions, managing risk, and deepening multi-product client relationships.

Location: Hybrid (Birmingham, UK). Must spend at least two days per week (40%) at the office site.

Salary: £40,824 - £45,360

What you will do

  • Support the management of client relationships with turnovers between £25m and £100m.
  • Assist in providing term loans, RCFs, and other corporate banking solutions.
  • Lead switcher strategies and ensure efficient fund transfers for clients.
  • Coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-up actions.
  • Support credit proposals through financial analysis and risk monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and product partners to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within financial services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Confidence in building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset and a solid awareness of risk management.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Business & Commercial Banking.
  • Proficiency in systems such as CRW, PEGA, and Co-Pilot.
