What you will do

• Manage quote requests and inbound sales queries to meet agreed service levels and targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with regional sales teams and intermediary firms.
• Execute follow-up activities, including quote chases, discovery calls, and onboarding firms to digital application systems.
• Record all quotes, calls, and interactions in Salesforce to provide critical market activity insights.
• Participate in training and workshops to maintain and grow product knowledge.
• Implement Consumer Duty requirements by monitoring sales activity and escalating concerns.

Requirements

• Experience in telephone-based sales or customer support with the ability to influence decisions.
• Confidence in presenting information clearly and engagingly.
• Knowledge of, or a strong interest in developing knowledge of, the annuity and retirement income market.
• Understanding of the intermediary advice process and its impact on customer outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and high accuracy when managing multiple tasks.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Cardiff for hybrid work.
