TL;DR

Junior Dealer / BDM (Fintech): Acquiring and managing clients with international payment needs, handling full sales cycle from prospecting and onboarding through transaction execution and account growth. Focus on building sales pipeline, client relationship management, FX opportunities identification, and adherence to risk and compliance frameworks.

Location: On-site in Essex, United Kingdom with opportunity to balance some remote working with office time.

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build and manage sales pipeline.
  • Manage full sales cycle including client acquisition, onboarding, proposals, and first transactions.
  • Act as primary client contact, providing support, growing account usage, and promoting additional products like FX and cards.
  • Execute international payments, provide transaction support, and identify FX opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records, operate within risk/pricing parameters, and adhere to compliance processes.
  • Achieve revenue targets through client conversion, engagement, and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in sales or business development; 6 months in dealing, trading, or financial services.
  • Proven outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and full sales cycle experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and commercial mindset for fast-paced environment.
  • Organisational skills, attention to detail, and CRM proficiency.
  • Basic understanding of international payments/FX or quick learning ability.
  • Ability to work within risk, pricing, and compliance frameworks.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FX, international payments, or fintech.
  • Client-facing relationship management and cross-sell skills.
  • Knowledge of FX markets, KYC/AML, and sales target achievement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
