Location: Home based with regular national travel to customer locations and offices across the UK; full UK driving licence and vehicle access required
Salary North/Central/West Country: £52,300 - £58,900; Salary London and South East: £54,500 - £61,300 (aligned to base location)

What you will do
- Develop and deliver national key account plans for assigned multi-academy trusts, focusing on retention and growth.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and centre-level contacts across accounts.
- Lead day-to-day engagement, ensure plan delivery, and resolve customer queries and escalations.
- Use customer, market, and competitor insights to inform strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, account management, marketing, and support teams for consistent customer experiences.
- Maintain CRM records and contribute account insights to shape 's offerings.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for regular national travel
- Experience in education sector or consultative sales with complex customer relationships
- Strong relationship-building, organisational, and communication skills, including presenting
- Ability to use data/insights for decisions; CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Commercial awareness, collaborative approach, and analytical skills
- Understanding of UK education landscape and products/competitors
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-academy trusts or account management
- Prior B2B sales or customer-facing role in regulated industry
