• Build relationships with customers and colleagues while providing clear guidance on protection insurance options.
• Identify customer needs and deliver advice to help them do the right thing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a driven sales environment.
• Process calls and information accurately, following internal and regulatory procedures.
• Manage workload proactively and influence others through core values.

Requirements

• 12 months B2C sales experience with proven track record of achieving targets
• Proven experience in highly driven sales environment consistently achieving KPIs
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills to build trust-based relationships
• Attention to detail for accurate processing and regulatory compliance
• Proactive, organised, open to feedback, and able to share skills
