Location: Hybrid (3 days office in Bolton, Lancashire / 2 days remote)
Salary: £27,000, OTE: £35,000

What you will do
- Conduct an average of 300 outbound sales calls per day to UK businesses.
- Build rapport and uncover business needs to create interest in comparison services.
- Qualify opportunities and transfer live, engaged customers directly to Sales Consultants.
- Create and nurture a consistent pipeline of prospective contacts.
- Deliver high-quality customer service during all outbound interactions.
Requirements
- Strong confidence in communication and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- High levels of resilience, persistence, and determination to hit targets.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days office) in Bolton, Lancashire.
- Motivation to succeed in a high-volume, target-driven sales environment.
